Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a variety of pools and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a good variety of options. We also appreciated the reasonable prices for the three-course dinner menu. The room was comfortable and we loved the proximity to a hiking trail. we had a great experience at Hotell - Bad & Velvaere.

The location, views and quietness were great. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Only comment is there is no lift for taking luggage up stairs.

Loved the swimming facilities, especially swimming among beautiful ceramic fish. Great breakfast buffet and terrace. Ski-in/ski-out access was convenient. Enjoyed exploring local farms and trying Lysgaard Keramikk.

Oh well, who needs weights in a cardio-favored hotel?

Room was a good size and the food was very nice.

The refurbishment work was very noisey and just above our room. Some facilities were not available.

Excellent friendly staff at the reception during check in as well during checkout. Could get the room at 10.00am already ,which makes a one night stay even more comfortible.

I had always wanted to visit Roros Museum Smelthytta, and chose Hotell - Bad & Velvaere specifically for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free wifi throughout the property. Being able to stay connected easily made my trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant Brasseriet offered delicious Scandinavian cuisine, and I loved being able to enjoy a drink in the lobby bar.

Not enough staff in reception - but didn't ruin my holiday.

Service minded staff, committed to due a fine job. Though it was quite busy over the weekend, staff took time to address our questions.Some 2 weeks before the beginning of our Norway roundtrip we received an email informing us of the possibilities to reserve a table at the hotel based restaurant or, alternatively, the Vertshuset in Røros.Email reservations worked out fine. Excellent menu.

We loved the pool and the quiet, clean rooms. The breakfast was very good with a lot of local products. This place is perfect for children with a large indoor and outdoor playground. we are pleased with our stay.

Excellent for country hotel near old heritage town. New rooms with complete 4star amenities. Good dinner and service on a busy night. Not part of original plans but both town and hotel worth a visit.

We had a blast exploring the nearby forests and national parks, playing awesome games and going on thrilling horseback rides. The hotel had a sick playground, 300 square meters of pure awesomeness! It was the perfect place for young party animals like us to let loose and have an amazing time!

We had a blast at Roros Hotell, but the one thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. We're young and love to party, so having some cool clubs or a happening bar would have taken our stay to the next level.
